Converting a 48,000 square foot institutional building into a picturesque clubhouse was not without challenges. The existing structure needed to be re-fashioned to include a catering hall, kitchen, grille room, locker rooms, cart storage and office space in order to best serve the needs of the community’s golfers. In the end, the completed mechanical and electrical construction helped the Patriot Hills Golf Club to be ranked among the top 20 public golf courses in New York State.
